Built on Customer Service

Our agency, established in 1972 by Leon J. Lump, has had the philosophy that people should be treated fairly and in a timely maner.  Our belief is that you do not need an agent when you buy insurance, you can do that on the internet at 1000's of sites.  You need an agent when you USE insurance.  That's where we come to the forefront.  We assist our clients when they need us the most, after a loss occurs.  We know who to call, what needs to be done and can advise our clients how to minimize damage, and preserve their property, and we don't charge extra for the service.

Representing these fine Insurance  Companies:

Strong Commitment, Strong Companies

We represent several insurance companies based on their performance both financially and in claim situations.  Having the policy with the absolute lowest premium amount does no good if the claims service is slow and non-responsive.  Occasionally claims take longer to settle that we like, but we are mindful that "fast" is not always "good"

The Companies we contract with have high standard for agents, and we live up to them by providing our customers with valuable and complete reviews and recommendations about insurance coverage.

Quotes

We understand that knowing the cost of any item is an important step in the buying process.  If you don't feel comfortable calling and talking to someone, we offer quotes by e-mail.

Quotes require some basic information used to asses the risk we are quoting.  This information is held in strict confidence and is not shared with anyone outside the realm of underwriting your policy.  This information may include insurance scores and driving records.

When your ready for a quote, select from the menu items above, or give us a call.

Questions

We welcome questions about your coverage, even if it is not through us.  Our philosophy is knowledge about your coverage is as important as the coverage itself.  Please feel free to call or email us with any questions.  Check out our "Did you know" section.
